Company Founders:
Bob Champagne — serves as Managing Partner of onVector Consulting and is one of the original founders of the company. Bob has over 25 years of Performance Management experience and has worked with over 100 organizations worldwide, helping them deploy Performance Management initiatives within their companies and core business processes.
Prior to founding onVector, Bob served as Vice President of Performance Solutions at UMS Group, a consulting firm focused on the Global Energy and Utilities Sector. While there, Bob directed numerous Performance Improvement Programs across Customer Operations, Asset Management, and Shared Services business areas.
Prior to working with UMS Group, Bob was founder and Chief Executive of ePerformance Group, and was key in pioneering some of the first deployments of cloud-based performance management tools and technologies, including online performance scorecards and benchmarking and best practices communities.
Bob has worked in a variety of industry settings (manufacturing, electric power, water distribution, waste management, and facility services) with companies across North America, UK, MEA, and Asia Pacific markets. Bob is an Alumnus of KPMG and Entergy Corporation, where he spent his early career developing and deploying performance and productivity solutions within a corporate planning and performance setting. He is a native of New Orleans and attended the University of New Orleans and Louisiana State University where he received his BS degree in Business Management with a specialization in productivity and operational auditing.
Bob currently resides in Northern New Jersey.
Brian Kenneth Swain — is a co-founder and Principal with onVector Consulting Group. He has over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Customer Operations, and Business Research/Competitive Intelligence. He has managed organizations in highly competitive product environments, and has consulted for numerous companies across the globe.

Prior to joining onVector, Brian served as Chief Operations Officer for My Best Plan, LLC, a start-up company that analyzes residential electric plans in the Texas market and identifies the optimal plan for each client’s home.
Prior to My Best Plan, Brian served as Sr. Channel Manager for Reliant Energy/NRG, leading the call-center-based sales and marketing of residential electric plans across the ERCOT market. Previously, Brian led the Research and Information team for McKinsey & Company’s Houston and Dallas offices. And, before relocating to Texas, Brian served as Director of the Customer Care practice for UMS Group, a consulting firm serving primarily the Global Energy and Utilities Sector.
In addition to McKinsey & Company and Reliant Energy/NRG, Brian has served as a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories and holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University as well as an MBA from The Wharton School. He is also a novelist/poet and author of the novels World Hunger and Alone in the Light, as well as the poetry collections Secret Places and My America.
He is a native of Maine, and currently resides in San Antonio, Texas.
