I laugh when I&#039;m asked, &quot;All companies are using the same stuff, so how are we any different?&quot;  I respond by saying, &quot;What separates us from the others is not where we are, or where we&#039;ve been, but where we&#039;re going?&quot;

I like to use SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely - coupled with accountability to Planned versus Actual results.]]></description>
